Welcome to 3D Studio Academy, an online platform offering courses and books related to 3D modeling and printing. By accessing and using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read these terms carefully before making any purchase.

By making a purchase on 3D Studio Academy, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with your purchase.

**2. Payments**

We accept payments through Stripe using credit or debit cards. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any credit or debit card used in connection with your transaction. We do not keep or stock any payment information. The whole payment process is process by Stripe and Stripe’s servers.

**3. No Shipping**

3D Studio Academy provides digital products such as courses and books. No physical items will be shipped to you. All purchased products are accessible through your account on our website.

**4. Refund Policy**

All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued. Please make sure to review product details and specifications before completing your purchase. If you encounter any issues with your purchased product, please contact our customer support for assistance.

**5. Account Responsibility**

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, please notify us immediately.

**6. Membership**

To enroll courses, read (e)books or use the community, you need to subscribe to a paid membership. Each membership is valid 1 (one) month only. At anytime you could change, renew or cancel (without any refund, check 4. Refund Policy).

After the expiration you will have to pay to renew your membership. Each membership comes with a amount of courses and/or (e)books, if you change or renew your membership, you will loose your remaining courses and/or (e)books from the current membership.

**7. Modifications to Products and Prices**

3D Studio Academy reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or service at any time without notice. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

**8. Limitation of Liability**

3D Studio Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

**9. Governing Law**

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of HongKong. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Hong Kong Arbitration.

**11. Model Request**

Any registered user at dimvillefactory.com or 3dstudioacademy.com can submit a model request without needing a paid membership. The request must exclusively pertain to aircraft; any submissions, posts, or images unrelated to aircraft will be deleted. Each submission is manually approved.

After submitting a model, the user must gather at least 50 votes within 30 days for the model to be designed. Once the 30-day period expires, voting will close. The user may resubmit the model, but the vote count will reset to zero.

If a model’s post reaches 50 votes or more, Dimville (SPHER L.T.D) will add the model to the “Project Tracker” page.

Since May 2024, any registered user at dimvillefactory.com will have their connexion data synchronized with 3dstudioacademy.com. Similarly, if a user registers at 3dstudioacademy.com, their connexion data will be synchronized with dimvillefactory.com. The synchronized data includes:

• Email
• Login/Logout/Delete activity

Your privacy is essential to us. Both sites are owned by SPHER L.T.D, and we NEVER have and NEVER WILL SELL any user data.
